Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we may contact you via email.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you have not received a Shipment Confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com and we will resend the email.
PANTS and more is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance in filing a claim with the shipment carrier.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
If you're located outside of Malaysia and would like us to deliver to you, kindly email us at email@example.com for further assistance.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
PANTS and more is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
Unfortunately, we can’t calculate these costs as they vary country to country.
If a return is requested, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipment cost. For refunds, we will not be able to offer refunds on international shipping costs, only up to the maximum value of the products purchased.
